‡Sainsbury's Energy will refund your exit fees when you switch to Sainsbury's Energy up to £30 per fuel if you are charged by your previous supplier. To claim a refund of your exit fees you must provide a copy of your final bill as proof that you have been charged the fees by sending a pdf copy of your bill to exitfee@sainsburysenergy.com The bill must clearly show your name address and the exit fee amount charged. You must claim your exit fee within 90 days from the date your account goes live with Sainsbury's Energy. Once approved they will credit your account within 28 days. No cash alternative will be provided, and all refunds will be in the form of a credit to your account with Sainsbury's Energy. This offer is valid until 30-04-2020 and is subject to availability and can be withdrawn or amended at any time.
