Just renewed for a 2yr deal as I have been very happy with their prices and service in the last year. Any minor issues with switch from my old provider were dealt with by friendly, professional call handlers, in a UK based call centre. The website is easy and reliable to use and I log in weekly to provide accurate meter readings. Billing has always been accurate and their usage tracking is a great way to keep informed of weekly, monthly and annual energy use. When it came to deciding if I should renew or switch, I chose to renew, as there were only small savings possible elsewhere, but it would have meant switching to one of two smaller companies with very mixed reviews and uncertain futures. My new price for the next 2 years is a little less costly than the last year and I am still paying less than I did with my old provider 3 years ago!
