reasonable price offered for dual fuel
terrible customer service. I asked for my DD to be set up for the 2nd of the month, it hasn't even started and its 20th now. I was asked to submit a meter reading, which I have tried to do but the online tools only allow me 4 boxes and my meter readings are both 5 boxes. I have contacted customer services four days ago, no reply yet. Not a great start

No communication with customer
Won't accept meter readings online
Poor billing
