Excludes all Bonus point offers and points from Sainsbury's Bank, Telecoms, Digital, Diets and all other Sainsbury's services. A weeks free shopping = combined instore/online base points and offer bonus points collected over 1 year when you collect Triple Nectar points with Sainsbury’s Energy.  For example, £40 per weekly spend over a year earned 12,480 Nectar points = £63 approx to redeem instore.
