Signing up to Direct Debit?
To set up a Direct Debit you'll need the following information:
- A recent meter reading.
- Your bank details (sort code and account number).
- The date you'd like to pay (between the 1st and 28th of the month).
- A credit/debit card (in case you have a debit balance that you'd like to pay off before you set up your Direct Debit).
Please note, your Direct Debit can be set up from any bank account type with the exception of savings accounts, which don't have the facility for Direct Debit payments.
When you've gathered all this together, please call us on 0333 202 9816* to arrange to be set up.
*We may record calls to help improve our service to you. Calls to 0330/0333 numbers will cost you no more than 01 or 02 numbers from landlines and mobiles. If you get 'inclusive minutes' with your package, calls to 0330/0333 numbers will be part of these.
Phone lines are open Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 6pm. We’re closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
