What if I'm having trouble paying my bill?
If you're having trouble paying your gas or electricity bill, call us so we can help on 0800 077 3833*. There are a number of ways we can try to help, but it's really important you let us know as soon as possible if you're having problems paying your bill.
*Your calls may be recorded and /or monitored for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 6pm. We’re closed on Sundays and Bank holidays.
