We review your Direct Debit so your payments reflect your energy usage, latest tariff and any outstanding balance, so that you don't build up too much credit or debit on your account.
If you have been with Sainsbury's Energy for less than a year, then we'll review your Direct Debit after 12 months of you being with us giving us the required data to understand your energy consumption.
If you have been with Sainsbury's Energy for more than a year, then we'll review your account every 6 months to keep your payments on track with your energy consumption.
If your payments need to change for any reason, we'll let you know on your latest statement. We'll always let you know 7 days before we collect the new amount from your bank either by email or post.
