You will receive points for being a Sainsbury's Energy customer every 3 months for as long as you stay with us. For example, if you have both gas and electricity you will collect 200 points every quarter.
Your Annual Customer Bonus for staying as a Sainsbury's Energy customer will be added once every 12 consecutive months after we have started supplying your energy.
New boiler installation
If you order a new boiler and central heating installation you will receive your points once your product has been installed. Your points will normally appear on your Nectar account after around 28 working days.
Solar PV panels, home insulation and Home Energy Assessment
If you order one of our energy saving products such as home insulation or solar panels you will receive your points once your product has been installed. Your points will normally appear on your Nectar account after around 7 working days.
You will be able to view your points on your Sainsbury's Energy bill, Nectar statement and online Nectar account.
