Understanding your bill

I haven’t received my bill

You only get one bill every quarter so you may not be due another bill yet. If you are expecting a bill, you can find out where it is or request a copy by calling us on 0800 077 3833*. It may take 10 working days for your copy of your bill to arrive.

While we do our very best to produce a bill for you every 90 days, sometimes it's not possible. This can be down to any number of factors. Although your meters might have been read at the same time, it's possible your bills might be not available together.

*Your calls may be recorded and /or monitored for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 6pm. We’re closed on Sundays and Bank holidays.
