Sign up here. It’s a good idea to have your old bills handy, as we might need to ask you for your meter reference number.
Fill in your details.
We’ll contact you for a meter reading before we switch your supply, and we’ll usually start supplying your energy within 6-8 weeks.
It really is as simple as that.
We’ll take care of everything else. We’ll even contact your old supplier for you. There isn’t a need for anyone to visit your home and there shouldn’t be any disruptions to your energy supply. We don’t need to turn anything off and on again.

* Only one £50 Gift card available per household. Issue of Gift card subject to customer signing up via www.sainsburysenergy.com/50 by Sunday 19th July 2009 and the customer’s account(s) going and remaining live on supply for a period of 28 days. Gift card will be issued after this period has elapsed. Gift cards issued by Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Limited (Reg. No. 3261722, Reg. Office: 33 Holborn, London EC1N 2HT) and are subject to terms of use on reverse of Gift card. Gift card can only be used in Sainsbury’s stores.
